Online Product Delivery:

Realm Crafter software and model packs are delivered over the Internet by a download link provided after purchase in the "downloads" section in the cart box on the upper right-hand part of the web page. Products are "Pending" until approved due to internet fraud.  

Solstar Games, LLC will refund online software purchases (Media Content packages are not refundable) for the following reasons: 
 

      You consistently encounter an error that prevents you from using our software properly, and we are unable to correct the error within an acceptable period of time or are unable to suggest a temporary solution. You will be required to provide detailed information about your error as requested by our support team, such as screenshots of error messages, log files, detailed descriptions of your actions, file samples, etc.

      You accidentally purchased the software more than once.

Refund Requirements:

      You must contact us via email (support@solstargames.com) within 10 days of your purchase.

      You must provide us with identifiable order information such as, but not limited to: Order number, Forum name and password.

      Refunds are made only to the credit card that was used for the purchase.

      You must destroy all copies of the software upon refund. Please note that Realm Crafter software reports on its usage to our company.

      Upon meeting these requirements we will refund your purchase.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests for the following reasons:

    A purchaser asks for a refund without giving any particular reason.

    A purchaser cites reasons for being prevented from properly using our software that are clearly stated on our official site. (For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the features list for our software).

     A purchaser is in violation of the Realm Crafter End Users License Agreement, the Private Forum Rules, or the Clickable Software Agreement License.

Solstar Games, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on our website. You agree to periodically review our web site. It is your obligation to review our Refund Policy for any such revisions.
